Boy am I glad I put my money down in May when rumors began spreading. Got my Black/white last week. All I can say is both my friends with a DS650 and a 400ex wish they put downpayments on a Raptor in May. They are real jealous now because my friend wants to put money down now and the dealerships are actually turning him away because there is already a waiting list and they don't even know when they are getting them. But here in southern PA ( Hanover) and MD ( Westminster) I am the talk of the town. Everywhere I go with the Raptor on the back of my truck people are asking me what it is and how did I get one so soon. Sorry Guys but the wait is worth it I have been waiting since mid May. I purchased my Raptor at Libby's Yamaha in New Haven. I've been doing business with them for about 10 years now and I think that they are great. They also have an excellent reputation for service and customer support. However, I'm still waiting. Hopefully I will be picking up my mahcin this week sometime. My dealer hasn't received any Raptors as of yet. When you get your bike LastWarrior, maybe we can get together and go riding sometime. I'm always looking for mew people to ride with

 

STILL WAITING HERE IN OHIO. THE DEALER SAID THE END OF NOVEMBER. CAN'T WAIT, BUT NOT IN A BIG HURRY TO GET IT. I WON'T BE ABLE TO RIDE AGAIN UNTIL DECEMBER, DOCTORS ORDERS.

 

I just left Paradise Bay Yamaha in Findley Lake NY, and they got thier first Blue one in today. Jeez, this thing even looks mean in the crate.

For the rest of you, Findley Lake is on the State line between New York and PA, next to Lake Erie

 

I'm going to have to do that very same thing! I live in Jamestown, NY, and my Raptor will be in Columbus Ohio on or around October 30th. 271 miles each way. Drive safe and give a full report!!!!1

 

Anyone else like me still waiting for California Raptors to arrive? What is taking so long to get them here?!

 

I thought someone said that it was California's strict CARB laws that were slowing your delivery. Call your senator, and tell him he owes you $7000 bucks, maybe he'll lighten up on the Powersucking, treehugging laws.

 

I am also still waiting!!! does anyone know when the 2nd shipment is due out???
