Default raptor " pinking " timing ?

hello, i am getting a pinking noise like my raptor is firing too early, this only happens when i am in slightly too high a gear for the speed i am doing, if i open the gas and put load on the engine it sounds like valve pinking, i have checked timing at 1400 rpm - all ok, i have checked petrol strength - all ok, i have checked the plug also, the bike runs fine apart from that, i took it out earlier and it didn't do it, later on it started again, definately sounds like the timing is too far advanced, could it be something electrical breaking down that only shows up when i put load on the motor when going too slow, but doesn't show up on the normal timing check ?
oh yeh - adjusted valves today as well and this made no difference?

Any reason why you are running identical mains,,,,,or was that a typo?

Dynojet sucks, i have the kit on my 350 and im having issues, they kit told me to run a 132 main, a 138 with the lid off, im currently running a 140 main with the lid on, don't go by those instructions.

You're not too lean, thats what dynojet recommends for the stage two set up. Try a higher octane fuel.
