I am running a 13/43 sprocket and I did not ask him what sprockets he had. He looked like he weighed about 175 to 180.He was totally impressed with the Barkers...I must of had 8 guys come up and ask me where I got those....Hope this helped for now...I am not knocking LTE because I never had them so I don't know. As far as ridability, I had no problems figuring out the fact that the pipes were there.IMO the heat shield could be about 2 inches longer towards the rear cause my riding boot got a little melt spot on it on the left side pipe.
Nice ride report "Rocky"! Do you think that this is one of your best bolt ons?

The LTE's must do decent on some built bikes, because several differnt guys run them. Several forum guys like the GP780, and a couple guys locally.

DW said that on the YFZ, the LTE pipes were all top end, and even took away from the low end hit. If you can believe DW.

Well I won't say that I gained anything on the low end....My brother thinks I lost a little on the low end but I thought it was about the same as the Sparks...

Got to sacrifice somewhere. Either have a good bottom end hit and power, and lose some top. Or have a lot of top, and a lose some on bottom. Too bad there isn't a pipe that gives you everything. The bottom end power of a Alba pipe, mid range or the spark's, and top end of the barkers. If someone can do that, they will make a ton of $$ on exhaust systems.

I suppose that i am repeating myself but as someone who owns a built raptor and runs the LTE i will say again that it is a top end pipe. Some of what is being said is just opinion but i race against very fast 4 strokes all the time and if you are wanting a pipe that will enhance the low end i would look at something else but for very good top end the LTE is great. It seems to be hard to convince some that we here in Oregon have fast quads when compared to other places when making comparisons about mods and pipes but believe me the fastest here will run with the fastest anywhere ..

Hey Stallion. Give me a buzz next time you venture to 339th. This fellow Glendale native would love to hang out and give the locals a hard time!

How hot go the Barker's heat shields get? Are they touchable?

You got it buddy...If it wasn't a last minute thing I would of let you know....We got there about 8 a.m. and by 10:00 there had to be 150 people there. We left at 5:30 p.m. when the dust was so thick you couldn't see the track anymore....The whole crew from Richards ATV was out there with their Banshees but none of them raced much cause the Raptors took over the track....lol
