Default LTE versus Barker pipes

Stallion has some pic's in his gallery. Tom should have some pic's this week I believe.

I guess I'm one of those fastest raptor's in the world. Because I'm going to swap several parts to go faster this year. LOL.

I haven't made up my mind on what I HAVE to have, compared to what I WANT. LOL. I know I'm going to get Bob's cam, and a dyna. That is for sure. I also know I need a exhaust and shocks. Swingarm and axle are more or less WANTS. LOL. like $1000+ wants. LOL. But hell, the shocks/exhaust/cam/ignition are a $1800 needs. LOL.

Damn this sport. LOL.

I can't wait till the War's when I can get some riding results from a couple of you guy's.

I was actually going to buy the pipes this week, but I'm going to wait till everyone is back with some results on what they thought of the pipes before I buy them.

other than the length, less bends seem to flow better in my opinion, and I think we would both agree that the barkers are straighter than the LTE's?

lteracing.com

I agree the Barker's are definately straighter.
I have to agree as well, the only way I would have purchased any daul exhaust would be they would have to be as straight as possible going out to the rear of the quad. IMO the Barker pipes look better sound better and out perform the LTE...

Yes I did 14mins, I was the first in the country to get the straight ones. Well Bob had them first then he shipped them to me.

As I stated before I would not have purchased the first style of Barker pipes because one went on the outside and the other came to close to the carbs going inside the frame.

When I saw them I asked Bob if Tim could make them both on the outside and as straight as possible with heat shields I would purchase a set, and the rest is history

Welcome Tim to the forums, as I have stated before I love the exhaust.

Ernie- You are addicted to speed. I have heard that pink colored quads run a hair faster than black and blue ones. Something to do with sun rays hitting the plastic.
