Which Blaster 240 kit is the "Best Bang For The Buck"?

No because your intake and exhaust ports both sit at the same height. So by raising the cylinder up your uncovering the port a bit more.
You can't raise up the ports unless you fill them up with somthing. You can make them longer by opening up the top, but the only way to raise the floor of the port would be to fill them in with somthing, but I wouldn't even try doing that. They you would have you rings and piston rubbing against somthing that shouldn't be there, resulting in even more problems then you started out with.

Most good engine builders who work on blaster alot usually add the spacer plate in the design to help aid peformance. It's one of those things that dosn't really matter, but should take the time to do, every little bit helps.

a while back i did some cking on this myself.the ct aftermarket cylinder 240 kit and the trenga kit are the same, they both designed it,it seems to be the best "bolt on kit" to me,its based off the cr250 motor, bigger intake set up,double the ports ect.,plus i think there would be alot more potential in the aftermarket cylinder if you ever decided to go to a full drag port ,and the claim of 40hp seems reasonable

ive actually been looking at the trenga kit n stuff, seeing what is better than vitos...
i know that it is based off a 250r engine, as the intake is completely 250r, but how much better does it perform
