Wondering if a 350cc 4x4 ute and a rider with about 180 weight would do ok with a 60 inch plow. Anyone got any experience?

no. too big for that small of a quad. go with a 48, or max of 50. if you tried to push 6 inchs with a 350, you will wear it out quick
