Why not just buy the right a-arms and save the trouble?

Tig is for aluminum dude,

haha, if you think your good enough at it cut the a-arms and put an extension on it and weld it back.

ok, i'll weaken the metal at its most crucial point... and i knew tig was for aluminum, cause we welded a friends clutch cover for his rm250. i can understand where he's coming from though, a-arms are too expensive for me, but ive got to maintain a bike, and a quad. So, i think im going to not spend any more money on my blaster after the banshee shocks, and yfz front wheels. i might get a pipe, but im not sure, i prefer comfortability and handling over power any day. I think im going to sell the blaster and get a 400ex, it would be a less maintanence quad(imo) and it'd last longer, and plus theyre wheelie machines so...

my friend is thinking the same thing selling his 01 blaster, just because after riding my 400ex it really is a better all around quad. dont get me at all wrong i love blasters.

If your looking for width i've got a set of wheel spacers from durablue that are pratically brand new. 2.'5 in the rear and 1.5's in the back, first 150 takes it, plus shipin.
