I beat him by maybe 2 feet [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] I beat him so bad out of the hole and becuase we were on the road i didn't have to worry about traction, that by the time he started pulling up after i was tapped out in 5th, he didn't have enough time to pulll ahead in the quarter. Another 50 yards and he would have had me. Thx for the info though, I'm 100 bucks richer.

in a 1/4 mile hed kill you. maby for about 40 feet youd win. shav0 not all cars do 100 mph 1/4 mile. 100mph is a 13 sec run. stock 5.0 fox body will run around 14.9. my cousins got a 89 gt with a 347 and a paxton supercharger running 10psi.

 

a 97 z28 is faster than a stock fox body...

 

Stock mustang will not run a 14.9 stock at 5200 feet in any universe. And my 351 Windsor with a 250 progressive shot will slaughter yours anyday of the week.

 

i never said 5200 feet. in a 1/4 mile a stock 89 fox body 5.0 will run a 14.9. are you retarted i dont have a mustang and i never said i did and anyway bottles are for babies.

 

Well if you would have read to the post you would have seen i was talking about that elevation. Quit knocking s&^% just because you don't have it or are to scared to use it.

 

10 psi is noting on a centerfugal supercharger. I'm running 14 psi on a twin screw blower on my 347, equivilant to about 25-28 psi on a Paxton. Carburation is the only way to go!!
