Honda CR 125 motor

it depends, 250's are so much easier in the woods if u know how to control the power. the bottom end is alot stronger than a 125. my 125 has barely any bottom end. i hate it. but on the track i dont need much bottom end. that mid-top range hit is perfect for track.

i think its the twinspar frames that they started making in 98 that are somewhat the same, but the 250s would have different motor mounts, as would the 500, it could be done with fabrication, but if you want 250 power, just sell ur 125, and get a 250, more than likely u will be able to sell your 125 for more than u need to pay for a 250, thats how it is around here anyways..

I bet you can find some kid with a 250 that would trade. MY first dirtbike was a CR250 when I was 13. I got a little over my head with that thing sometimes and ended up trading it for a Mojave

yeah, in fact, i suggest you dont try putting a 250 motor in your chassis, its not worth it. it will take too much modification. If youre confident youre good enough for a 250 in your 125 frame, then just get a 250, you'll get used to the bigger frame. i did, and im a small guy, im only like 5'6
