Default does anyone use K@N OIL fileters?

I was wondering if people use these a lot and if there performance is as good as the oil filters you get from the dealer? I am not talking about the reuseable ones. Thanks

I run K&N with outerwear filter cover and open air box on Banshee because it will only be run in sand. I am satisfied that the large heavy sand particles will not pass thru filter and damage motor.
On everything elso I only run stock foam or twin air foam because I do not want to damage my motor with fine dust particles.

I don't know if this exactly helps but I run a K&N oil filter in my 1987 Monte Carlo SS, and I am very pleased with it. It is very well constructed and actually holds a little more oil than stock. I'm sure they would carry the same high quality standards from the car products to the quad products.

I have a K&N OIL filter on my warrior..havent noticed any difference in oil filteration at all between the less expensive ones and K&N.

Ive used two K&N oil filters on my Warrior and I change my oil twice a year..so next oil change I will be switching back to the less expensive ones.

Get the name and part # off the filter on your piece and take it to an auto parts store and have them cross the number. Should be able to walk away with one for cheaper than $11.
