What makes you think that the 250EX owners will be racing this bike. I am dissapointed in this bike but it is not a joke, it is a beginners bike. I knew Honda was not coming out with a 650EX and evryone was fighting about how it is gonna smoke the Raptor

 

When I first saw it I was like "No Way" they actually brought back the 250. How very far off I was.

 

i love honda now they make two quads i could burie with my roost HE HE HE HE HE

 

Honda will be be the ones laughing, They will be laughing all the way to the bank. But still, i would take a blaster over that thing.

 

Now THAT'S funny. Calling Honda's new quad a piece of junk when yours is broke dick. Well I guess you can admire your siezed up Banshee while others will be RIDING thier 250EX's.

 

My local Honda/Yamaha dealership has 5 Raptors coming in during the next 6-8 months. The same dealer has 40 250EX's coming in the first 4 months of production.

Finally someone has the ***** to make a sporty looking quad without the aggrevation of a manual clutch, no reverse, and chain drive! My wife will beg for one as soon as she sets her eyes on it. No racks and sporty style with maintenance free riding. Yeah guys, Honda is dumb like a fox, they'll sell more 250ex machines than Recons.

I bet it even cranks right up and you can just take off.....wouldn't that be cool? what was that? honda needs to get their act together?honda is gonna sell twice as many 250ex's than yamaha will raptors...sounds to me like thats not real stupid like everybody says..
honda doesn't have to prove anything....remember they have that 400ex? what to you think everyone is gonna be racin the 4 stroke classes? raptors? hehe :O

Yea Honda is selling to the lowest common denominator... The slow, non mechanical types. So they will sell a ton of em. Yamaha on the other hand will sell theirs to those of us who actually know what performance is..And still sell a ton of em...

Honda may or may not lie 2nd behind Yamaha in High Performance/Sport classes. But they are #1 in sales ahead of #2 Polaris Industries and #3 Yamaha Motor Company.

General purpose quads outsell Sport/High Performance quads 25 to 1. The Banshee/Raptor keep Yamaha on-top the speed market. But the utility line keeps them in buisness......
