I'm not gonna tell you ya made a mistake. Its just not my place to say so. But if I were you I would maybe just go to walmart and see if you can get the charger I was talkin about for about the same amount of $. If they still have it then I would just take that one back. Its very nice just to be able to pull the ATV in and just plug it in, and never have to worry about it again. Just my 2 cents. Good luck with your decision and battery problems
