Default Hard to explain just read lol

hey. I dont know wut you call it, but theirs this thing that plugs ONTO the spark plug, then goes into this thing that looks like a D' Battery, then plugs into a ground and a wire comeing from the key. Would one from a Warrior fit a raptor??? thanks!

i believe what u are refering to is the coil. i dont know if a warrior one will fit on, but i doubt it.

yea its called the ignition coil assembley. it looks identical, just the thing that plugs into the sparkplug im worried about, if it will fit

I don't think you can change out the coils from bike to bike. I would imagine it would mess with the ignition timing. The spark plug wire is usually connected right to the coil, some are designed so you can screw them on and off.

I doubt it. Ive owned the warrior and if I remember correctly, the depth of the plug into the raptor head is much deeper on the raptor than the warrior, and you want that seal around the plug inlet. You dont want to compromise that seal and get a bunch of dirt down in the plug hole. Go buy the oem part from Alba, they have a nice on line parts selection.

i woudlnt try swapin it. they may look the same but have different resistance leves

no, the pulser coil on the stator is what releases the spark. The coil simpily increases it enough so that it can jump the gap on the plug.
