ive seen this scam e mail almost word for word on many other forums

 

Ahh hey why not have some fun since this is becoming one of the more popular scams lately.

Let him think your going to make the transaction, and just never ship anything.

Could be fun to give back a little to these guys who have screwed over so many people. Maybe try telling him the check wasnt in the mailing, and to resend it again, or maybe advise that your bank is holding his payment due to his name being on some terorist list and that the govt agents have seized all the info and will be traveling to his location, or some other off the wall stuff to make him spend more $$ on mailings and waste his time that would otherwise be spent scamming other people.

If you want do a search here (or most other atv sites) and on ebay about overseas scams and see how many people have been ripped off already, and yes its scarry how much $$$ these guys have picked up and that were basically powerless to do anything.

Be glad you asked before you got burnt.

my wife works at a bank they put a 45 day hold on those cks, buy then your quad is long gone,and the ck is no good.

 

Man them scammers are pretty lame.
