Default gearing for Dumont

I have a 686 Raptor with 21" tires. What is good gearing for comp hill? I'm guessing I'd use 3 rd gear for that hill. At my be a 13/40 or 13/42.

if your runnin a 686 at dumont goin up comp you may get to 4th, i am runnin 3rd on my stock YFZ goin up and I use 21" gecko paddles. stock gearing works quite well so dont change any sprockets, you will just have to play with the gears while goin up, take a few practice runs before draggin anyone, or you may get owned...
