First, your warrior carb has an accelerator pump, and second, unless you mod your air box and have a good exhaust to flow more,a bigger carb won't mean more power. Bigger carbs will increase your top end, but you will loose low end throttle response, and probably use more gas to boot. as far as fitting, it's pretty tight under there, and the Honda carb is a little taller than the Warrior carb, then there is the problem of making sure the throttle cable can be used or modded to work with your set up, and fit your air box to carb tube. If it can be done, it will probably take a bit of fabbing to hook it all up right, you will need to rig up a clamp on carb boot to the motor,as well.

I just threw one on my wolverine 350 4x4 to see because I disagree. A 35.5mm 400ex carb for a yfm350 is perfect and for performance id recommend a 38mm carb. I copied some jetting off another fourm for a 350x with a 400ex carb. 42pilot 170main. I just started it first pull with choke. Mind you I pulled this carb out of a pile and it was packed full of mud and seized. I cleaned it and inspected. Top cover was bent and missing two screws. Reformed it. It took of decent but i never messed with fuel screw(or is it an air screw?) And it idled fine. It seemed like main was either too rich or too lean. Will have to get at that screw and determine it. Hopefully i post results back. I have used these fourms for different bikes for years and let me say the knowledge on fourms and the service all these old heads have done for us builders and trouble shooters is astounding. You guys are heros and thanks for all the free knowledge 🫡
