I have a question for everyone who has rode/owned a banshee. Do you all think they are overrated?? I heard through the grapevine today that a local boy was downin me and my best friends sh*t. whats up with that? He was goin on and on about how the banshee wasnt anything but overrated. Now ill be honest, B4 i rode one i thought they were all talk but man now that i have rode and owned one i know just how sweet they can be. They are great hill climbers, good on the trail and freakin quick. There nothing like goin down the trail below the powerband just doin some mellow riding and when that powerband comes open and tires start spinning, 4wheeler starts getting all squirrly and u take off like a rocket, Man what a rush that is. The only problem i have with the whole bike is that i am 250lbs and when i get some good air it lands a lil rougher than the old 400EX i used to have but once i get some cash saved up im gonna take care of that. so what do u guys think, are they overrated??

 

their a little overated, but their still fast! my friend cliff has a pretty hooked up Banshee, Pro-Flow UNI, FMF Fatty's and FMF powercore II, V-Force Reed Cage. That thing is FAST!!!!, but i was still expecting more.. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

i rode my buddy's stock one...and it went through the gears fast! but the powerband felt useless...after being used to my raptor i guess =/

 

stock ones are a little over rated, but not moded ones !

 

exactly, the monster within is released when modded, just like on all 2-strokes..

 

yes sir nothing can beat mods [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] , besides a bigger motor

 

when i first rode a stock Banshee i was actually dissapointed but a few weeks later i rode with pipes,filter,jets and i thought it was a totally diffferent beast.

 

amazing what mods do

 

I'm OverRaTeD but my Banshee is not.
