Default Banshee 300FT Drag??

Well im not much of a drag racer, i just dont get a rush out of a straight line shot, But hey im curious of what the ol Bansh will do, i was thinkin this, about a 12 tooth front sprocket and a set of 18 inch rear tires. Anyone have any clue bout what it would run and is the sprocket and tires the best choice for a 300ft drag, thats bout the only two things i thought i could change to get torque, plus i just wanna try it once so i dont wanna spend all kinds of money for just a one time fun deal.

Wow, that is some low gearing..... You better make sure you start in 3rd gear.... I will be running 22" tires, and my gearing will be 16-40......

I would think you would want to gear up some..and run some type of good tire for dirt drags. I would think you should run somewhere around 5.6+ in 300ft.

Bluebansh, you make very good torque with the FMF pipes and the single carb. The top end power will suffer slightly as a result, and the last thing you want to do is gear it down a lot. On most light modded Banshees we change out the rear sprocket from a 41 to a 42 and that's it. Enforcer will be making some big HP, so that is the reason for his tall gearing.
