most people make their own. they arent that hard to make anybody with some pieces of steel and a welder can put one together. they replace the grab bar and the idea is they are real cheap to make if you make one yourself or have a buddy who can weld make it for you. When you do wheelies and that thing drags on the pavement it wears down much slower then an aluminum aftermarket grab bar or the stock one. the idea is you dont have to worry about destroying your grab bar because you can always just chuck it and make a new one when it wears out. do you know anybody who welds? Any local welding shop could make it. just bring in your quad say you want a steel grab bar to replace what is there and show them what the grab bar is. they should be able to fabricate one for you fairly cheaply.

i believe a 12 bar would be a 12" bar
10 bar
so on

width of the bar means more on a motorcycle for stability
