My raptor's steering as of late has about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch of play so I was wondering how to make it tight again...It has been suggested that I repack tha bearings however I could use a little input on how to fix it Thks for any suggestions or opinions

 

This is an easy fix. The problem is the nut that holds the tie-rod mounting bracket to the steering stem comes loose time and time again. All you need to do is take off the nut, coat the threads with Lock-Tite, then wrench the nut back on.

I had the same problem, but after doing the trick with the Lock-Tite, it hasn't come loose yet!!!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
