im lookin at getting my first manual wheeler, i have driven one b4 but like totally forgot how to drive one. my friends arent very good teachers either, pulse they all have dirtbikes.

When you shift into first, do you slowly give it gas and slowly let the clutch out, or once you get into 1st can you just let it go and push the gas?? just to refreash my mind. Thanx

What you are thinking is a manual shift auto clutch.

When you have a clutch lever you are doing the work. You need to let it out slowly while applying the gas while in gear.
