need opions on alba suspension parts
Alba is a great store. The Alba kit is actually ProComp arms. They are nice, haven't bent yet. The Elka shocks are a bit springy. If you get the kit, opt for the Remote Reservoirs. I started with the base triple rate upgradable shock and haven't had the $$ to add the Rezies yet but I would like to.
The shocks are great, they soak up a BUNCH of the small stuff like rutts at Glamis that I used to jar my teeth out when going over. They JUMP pretty well and I haven't bottomed out the front since the upgrade. The bike seems to sit lower, lets you turn in faster. The inside wheels pick up alot less on hard turns, as is to be expected.
The kit also comes with SS brake lines, tie rods, and ball joints. You will have to reuse your stock tie rod ends, or they are over $50 a pair so be careful taking your stockers off and don't tear the boots.
