Need Help Jetting messed up!

Default Need Help Jetting messed up!

When i hooked up my gas tank and turned it on gas started poring out of the hole in the bowl. I think it is the over flow one. I think i did eveerything right. But what could be causing this it is driving my nuts

Correct me if I am wrong but I think there is a drain screw to drain the carbs.. Idk for sure but check for it and maybe its open.

Default Need Help Jetting messed up!

Your float is stuck open.Hate to tell you this, but you're going to have to take it all apart again & check and spray out around the float.needle,seat,spring,etc.

Carburetor cleaner ( aerosol ) Just be careful that the little needle & its holding clip don't go flying.

Default Need Help Jetting messed up!

Make sure your fuel line is on the right input. there is also a breather hose that is located close to the gas hose and if the gas hose is hooked up to this, then the carb will just fill up with gas and over flow through the over flow hose. Check this first and if it is not the answer then the float hieght is wrong, stuck, or the needle isn't closing properly. good luck

might I suggest putting the overflow hoses back on your carbs? but they're right. either the float is stuck, or you've got a little, tiny piece of dirt or sand stuck in there somewhere. happy hunting!
