Default Handlebar issue

I was riding down a dirt road and popped the front end up and when I landed the handlebar snapped on each side of the bracket. Has anyone had this happen? Does anyone know what may have caused this?

As far as I know it was the stock bar that came with the quad.

Now you have a good excuse to replace those stiff-as-cheese stockers. Renthals are cheap, relatively strong, and provide a nice handle. Tag's are sweet, but more expensive. Everybody and there brother makes bars, so find a set that suits you best.

I personally have never heard of that breakage. Rough, man. I hope you made it out of the woods alright.
