If I get the 240 kit will I need some bottom end work?
If I get the 240 kit can I get a different pipe for it and use the Pro Circuit silincer?

When freshening up a top end (especially a new 240cc) it is wise to make sure the bottom end is in good condition as well. New bearings, seals and the peice of mind are well worth it. A bearing on it's way out, or a seal not ready for the added power, can ruin a new top end fairly quick.

The 240 kit will work with any pipe aviable on the market, but certian ones will offer more power then the others. Speaking from experience it's wise to check out the bottom end before you bolt on a new fresh cylinder and piston kit. I did it once and ended up ruining the entire engine because the bottom end was shot.
The 250 R shock will bolt on with only a little modification to the bottom pin. The stock blaster mount (on the swinger) uses a 12mm bolt, and the 250R uses a 14mm. You need to drill out the swinger and then use a larger pin or bolt.
