Jg, just look at how he worded it. He says a tear rolled down the dealer's cheek. Uh huh, sure. and that he apologized for yamaha building such a crappy quad. I'm sure a dealer is going to tell people that the quad he is trying to sell sucks.

 

My response is only this. I knew that if the Raptor that got delivered to the magazine got ridden for 5 minutes and then blew up, they would have STILL said that it was the greatest bike ever and then in very fine print or on a different page stated that they only rode it for 5 minutes. I was being fascetious and attacking them also for being the way they are. Remember the 400ex in 99, BETTER than the 250R. Blah, Blah, Blah, then the Husaberg came out and it was the 400ex killer, then the Bombardier was the best, then the Kawasaki non production was better, and now the Warrior. I mean Raptor, is on top. See a pattern? See magazine sales rising? Watch closely and look at back issues and see what they do. Lets compare a 400ex with a Banshee on tight trails since the 400ex is NEW and better in that environment. Lets do it again with the Raptor. Now next month, we'll take the Raptor to the dunes and compare it to a 400ex. Look closely and see how lame it is. That is why later I was making jokes about how it was compared to a Grizzly at an ATV safety course at turning around the cones? Remember? By the way, comparing me to Al Gore is similar to me saying that you are anti NRA and want to repeal our second amendment. I am insulted, but hopefully you understand my viewpoint, now.

 

I stated that the dealer was one of my best friends. This is a true fact. He stated that there were problems and I wouldn't want one. He didn't want to see me get hurt on one because if people are wheelying and taking them out of their pickups and they break and bend, mine would scatter pieces in about a 100 ft radius with the mx style riding that I do. He did say that Cannondale is late fall and he wants me on one of those, not a Craptor. I had a Warrior and I hated it only because of its weight. I rode the 400ex and I liked its stock suspension better than a Warrior or Banshee (my opinion)and it was lighter. I bought it from him against his wishes because he hates Honda. He wants me out of the Honda, but he wants ME to be HAPPY. I spend a lot of money on ATVs and he knows it, so maybe I get better treatment at this dealership, but I know that since he is my friend, he won't talk me into or out of anything that I won't like. By the way, with your screen name, your dealer obviously didn't tell you anything except "Yes, it is an ATV. Want to buy it?"

Crapmaster, it's people like you that give all other ATVers a bad name. You epitomize the poor image of ATVers held by the general public. I can see no reason why your childish rantings are confined to this forum and have no doubt that you act in this same immature manner in public and around your peers. In another post you claimed to be over 30 years old, but I seen no evidence of that in your pre-pubescent rantings. All you do is come on here and insult every person and the brand of ATV that they ride. You don't seem to realize that the vast majority of people on these forums hold other ATVers in high regard regardless of what they ride. It's sad that the high point of your day is stirring up troublem on these forums, safely hid away at home where nobody can see or touch you. I'm fairly certain that you wouldn't do this in person. You are an immature coward. I hope that some day you can grow up and contribute to these forums in a constructive manner; until then please do us all a favor and stay away.

 

Have you guys seen that new gun they have came out with?? Oh anyway, the name of the Gun is like.. FX400.. I believe the company is new to the gun department.. ha, for some reason.. they called it a CANNON.. but I guess the guy that thought it up.. his name was dale.. so they called it CANNONDALE!
