Default ****Is this a scam???****

Ok I am selling my trailer and I got two guys that want it, but what both of them say is they are going to send me a huge amount of money, 3500 one and 4000 the other, and I have to take 370 out of it and give the rest back to the person thats going to pick it up.

One of the guy says he consulted his "international" client about it and he said its good.. "international" doesn't that sound kinda weird.

The other said he owns his friend a lot of money, and his friend is going to pick up the trailer and thats who I give the remaining 3K to...

But ya I told them that its 370 in cash and they arrange all shipping and I am not going to mess around with there money.

Tell me if you guys heard about this before.

MIke.

I think I'm going to play along and if they meet my demands and I have real money in my hand, then I will be satisfied, but ya keep posting.

It's a con! They will try another angle with the cash or chage the plan hooking you in thinking it's all good because you will or would have their money.. They would probably ask for your account # or something.....
String them along and see what they want you to do,,, I call it fishing for crooks!!!

Walk away now, you are being had. ANY thoughts whatsoever that they may be legitimate business men are a result of you being conned. If its too good to be true...

If you have to ask if its a scam, you probably already have your answer and you just dont want to hear it. Its great to have people interested in your item or to get a great deal, but nothing in life is that simple.

We have had a few come in at our bank, they are fraudulent checks and you will be out the money in your account when it comes back.

This has been going on for a few years now.

Ok, I figured it was a fraud.. The reason I asked was to see if anyone else had the same problem, becuase I remember a few months ago people getting tons of emails about some doctor from the UK wanting to buy their quad.

Doesn't it suck that there are so many ********* in this world..?

I like to string them along too - was selling a car a while back and had the same type of 'offer'

I could tell right away when they were willing to buy it w/o even looking @ it.
