well i am sorry to say that the track doesnt open until april first .... we all go to great river road raceway in dyersburg tn and they have had some problems this year ... finding an owner and getting the tree to work properly but its open april 1st and i will be there... and to answer your question where i live i live about 20min from dyersburg

 

Ahh, i see. I think i'm about 45mins-1hr away from dyersburg. I've only been up that way once, and i was just passing through to get to KY. I'd be interested to know how you do though. I'm getting my Raptor april 2nd so i'm definately anxious to see how it does against the 450. Have someone video tape it too [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Well, one of my buddies has a banshee that has a bunch of work done to it, and his friend just got a yfz450 a few months ago. Unfortunately his friend wrecked his banshee this weekend. The only damage is the upper control arm is bent though, so hopefully he'll have it fixed soon.

Edit: What kind of track is that in Dyersburg? Is it a dirt/mx track or a drag strip? The Memphis Motorsports Park won't let you race quads for some reason, so we're looking for places to go.

 

its an 1/8th mile drag strip and at dyersburg they dont care we can race other quads or cars or motorcycles(if we wanna see how bad we can get beaten)... its the best track i have seen around here even jackson

 

I own both a piped and jetted Raptor and piped and jetted YFZ. The YFZ will murder the Raptor climbing big sand dunes which is what we do here, and in a drag race the YFZ also wins but the farther you go the closer the Raptor gets.

 

nice pics shady... love the mustangs i drive a roush mustang and i love it... i have been looking for a fox body mustang to fix up recentlyi have a 5.0 and tranny out of one with some tweekin done on it now all i need is a car to put it in... i wish i had a dad like you when i was 12 i got a timberwolf not a z400 lol and i have been riding since i was 4 when i got a honda 70cc

The Fox is gone now, sold it and it got wrecked, makes me sick. Just painted the Cobra and put chrome Bullit wheels on it, turned out great. Would like another Fox in a coupe for a hot rod.
