05 kodiak overfenders?
Holy cow, hey TrophyElkHunter, I bought my Kodiak from Interstate Cycle! I live in Catawba county, I see you're in Huntersville. So where do you ride mostly?
I found this thread just now from searching and those overfenders look killer. Nice pics, thanks to all for posting them. I might have to get some of them now! haha.

05 kodiak overfenders?
Hey Argyll, I ride at Uwharrie, Brown Mtn, Tellico, when up to the drive. I gotta go, but shoot me an email at elkhuntermc@yahoo.com
If you get big tires, you will want the overfenders. They made a HUGE difference. Well worth the $

05 kodiak overfenders?
I have an 05' kodiak with itp type-4 wheels and mud lites-27x12 in the rear, and 27x10 in the front. The only time the front tires rubbed was if you cut the wheels all the way to one side and a hit a hard bump with your lead tire. It just rubs the back of the front bumper. I just spaced my bumper out about an inch to stop this but then found a lift kit and installed it. The rear i never had a problem with.

05 kodiak overfenders?
Hi all,
I'm new to this forum... Just got a 2005 Yamaha Kodiak 450 with 26" Mud Lites. No regrets with the overfenders; good protection from the mud so far...
That bumper kit looks real good Irish... Guess I know what I'll be getting next!!!
I've got two questions for you fellow Kodiak owners. 1. I've heard alot of people complain about the noise coming from the rear brakes but does anyone know how to stop/reduce this? I asked the salesperson and he said it's just luck of the draw; some squeak, others don't.
2. When I put the drive selecter (gear shifter) in park and low, the light on the display panel doesn't come on. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I even worry about it?
Thanks, great forum.
