Default Got oil on my brak pads!!!!

Does anyone know any ticks to get oil out of the brake pads ? At dumont my friends put wd-40 on my pads trying to play a joke, and i still havent got it off.

The oil causes alot of brake drag . The wheels dont lock. And It wont stop easily

I was going to suggest brake cleaner or carb cleaner also If you can't use them then, I think you are SOL
