How much of a weight difference is there between steel and aluminum rims, front and rear. Are the steel rims like extremely heavy compared to the aluminum? Thanks --- Rider1169

 

hey. have u ever felt the stock rims on ur wheeler? well if u have then its that -vs- almost nothing....aluminum is VERY LIGHT. hope i helped. later - fanninator

 

Definately not worth the $$$ you save.

 

I'm regretting the 22 inch klaws i've got on steel ITPs. Regret the rims, not the tires. Like Maddog suggested, splurge for aluminum. I'm now going to tie a rope around the steel rim and toss it overboard while fishing. The other will be used as a lawn ornament.
