I have a 2003 wolverine and take it off jumps. I was told that i am soon going to mess it up somehow by jumping it. So i need to get a sport fourwheeler so i can use the wolverine as a mud machine and use the sport as a jumping one. I live out on acres and acres of farm land and there are tracks all over the place. I want one that will be able to go fast andone that will be able to take it off alot of jumps. I am 14 and weigh 132 and am 5"5 or so. Please tell me what you think would be the best fourwheeler for me.

 

i would take the yfz450 anyday, its ment for the tracks and open areas if ur in the woods then you should take the raptor or predator. but i like the yfz450 the best out of them all even tho it doesnt have reverse. if u ever did go in the woods with it, its not hard to turn around because its so light. my brother had a 400ex with no reverse and he had no problem turning it around.

deff the yfz some ppl might say the raptor is top heavy and the pref is deff a tank so yeah deff YFZ or TRX

 

yea the 450 can be a lil tricky in trails but its just more the challenge. ur 14... if u have been riding for a lil deff get the 450. i love mine. at first scared me a lil.. but now i love it. great for mx. have fun

 

yeah if u get the trx and u find u are stalling alot it should only take 1 or 2 kicks to get it over w/ the hot start and if u still dont lik it then u can always get a auto clutch

 

get the pred aND have the best of both worlds

 

yfz450 period ...... i ride wth pred raptor, trx and the yfz is the fastest best suspention ..... in the woods i still smoke them, handles awesome .... raptor is the worse out of all of them for jumping ...... be carefull though the yfz is ***** to the walls

 

Check out this months ATV Sport. They have a shootout between the Predator, YFZ, 450R and the Cannondale (whatever it is called now) The shootout is based on track and trail riding. 4th place is the Cannondale, 3rd place is the Predator, 2nd place is the 450r, and of course the YFZ-450 wins 1st place again. Id much rather jump a raptor then a pred.
