i have a 87 warrior it has a 20 over piston and has a stock pipe and a kn filter and holes in air box what should i jet it at i live in the boston aera it pops when its cold when i give it gas but when it warms up it runs great what do i do????????????

Have you checked you plug color? That will be one indicator of if you need to rejet, though it sounds like you do. As a good start, I would purchse a 155 main jet, and then also get one above and one below size. So that would be 152.5, 155 and 157.5
I found that with my uni filter and FMF pipe my pilot is too lean even with the box cover on. With the trails we have around here I don't often spend a lot of time past 1/4 throttle or so .. just little blips. I did have a 160 main jet installed, but that was too rich even with the box cover off. So I have a 155 now, which I plan to install sometime in the next 5 to 10 years .. or whenever I get time at it [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
