You will probably need to tweak your a/f screws, but you can probably get away w/o jetting if you dont mess with the filter or airbox.
Depending on what muffler you get, you may not need anything. If you get a full exhaust then you need none of the stock exhaust, if you buy a slip on you will need the head pipe.

Yeah you may have to jet for it to get the most power for it, you'll have to do a plug chop when you get the pipe, i agree with speedy about the hmf pipe over the fmf, but thats personal opinion:
