Two stroke red sticker?

are all two strokes gonna be red sticker in 2006??? i really need to know so i can sell my shee and get something else if it is going to red sticker.

all i heard was they wont be made anymore i have a question when this happens can you still ride them anywhere or are they going to be banned in some ares and tracks
