ok im running my quad rightnow with the k&N with no lid on it and its running rich........should i just put the 240 jet in........is there nething else i have to adust after that?

 

No mention on what type of bike you have?

If you added the K&N and removed the lid - AND you are still running the original jetting - You should be running LEAN, not rich. More flow = more air = less gas in that air = lean = go larger jet size.

 

yeah sorry its a blaster............idk the spark plug was charcole black..........but wen i jet it and i take out my carb .....there is a little gray plastic peice that leades to the air mix screw and a box thing under the seat and i dont know how to take that off the top of the carb

 

are ya runnin the quad on super unleded gas cause that can make your spark plug black... and it will give your motor tons of carbon biuld up cause it has low compression

 

just regular........thats the one i fill my tank up with regular

 

why do u fill up with regualar use premium i think all motorcycles or quads should run on that i even run my lil xr50 on that
