yeah up to 60 the brute force goes about 70 out of the box! soo yur gonna deff need more then wat u got id say bore it out an hope u can atleast be a couple lengths away


P.S. assuming your friend has some money (he bought a brute force) if we decided to mod it out FST is in the making of a 800 or 850 cc big bore kit!! than the brute will deff b haulin i wouldnt b surprised to see them at the dunes ne time soon!! lol j/k about the dunes part

 

The top speed of the Brute Force is well know and may not be a problem if he is trail riding. Of course, in a flat out drag race he will get beat, but if they are trail riding, he would be able to hang no problem. Maybe even do better than the BF. I can hang with my friends riding raptors in the woods, I have to work alot harder and slow a little more for corners, but I can keep up during normal trail riding.

 

they have the 686 kit for the grizzly. it adds power across the board. the problem is, with a simple cdi box on the brute, he will stomp again. look at it logically. you can ship your engine to sparks, or craycraft, and put 3to 5 grand into it, and beat the brute easy. but, all he has to do is add a filter, k&n, exhaust, and a cdi box, and he,s back on top. i say accept the fact that he is just faster, and keep the grizzly in stock form. save the money, and wait on the bigger brother that might make a showing this year, or next.

a STOCK prarie or twin peaks will go a little over 70. Buy a Prarie 700 and put an 800cc big bore on it[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]. Add that with an HMF penland race serries full system, K&N filter and prefilter. PLus a Dyno Jet and you might just have him[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
