Default VOTE NO HERE! VERY STUPID LAW!

unless I am drunk and dont belong behind the wheel or on my quad, nobody needs to try and seize it from me. The law can be enforced in other ways, besides the law enforcement creates there own problems by letting things slide until it gets way out of hand and then they step in and make stupid laws to try and get it under control instead of just doing it right in and enforcing the laws we have in the first place!

Here's my 2 cent worth.

I didn't view the poll, but got enough of the info. from the posts.

Here in PA you can have your quad siezed, confiscated upon getting caught riding on any public road. No warnings, unless the cop is nice. In that regard, you all have it easier than here in PA, even if the law is passed.

One post claims that driving a car is more dangerous than riding a quad. I would like to see the stats. on that. I would bet that the stats. show that riding a quad is at least as dangerous as driving a car. Anyways, if you ride on public property you have a responsibility to be safe towards the other users. If you want to drive recklessly and just kill yourself, then fine with me. The problem becomes when you involve innocent people in a reckless act. But the world is not perfect and too many innocent people die, especially on the roads, about 40K every year. Now that's something to think about!
