Well, it's kinda vague but someone who "repeatedly breaks the law" (and repeatedly gets caught) won't get much sympathy from most people.

Sorry, but Im voting yes. I dont want reckless people riding around, eventhough I dont live in Minnesota, and possibly killing me.

 

I also voted YES, I see to many people doing illegal stuff( trespassing and such) and then b4 u know it there's a good riding area SHUTDOWN !! that's why i voted YES!!

 

wheelin4life i dont know if you have read the rules here but they ask you please not to post the same message more then once ecspecially just not in a different category. i know you did because i saw it ion the honda forum. if a moderator catches this they will move your message to a place you migth not want it to be

 

Think of it this way, would you want a drunk drivers liscence taken away if they got caught drunk driving more than 3 times? Ive seen too many stupid accidents that can be prevented if this law is passed. It would be stupid to vote no.

 

I voted yes as well. Riding an ATV on public land is a priviledge, not a right. It only takes a few morons (the repeat offenders), to ruin it for the rest of us...
