If you want to use the stock pipes, you can gut them so that they will flow more.
Port
polish
bump up the compression
V-Force reeds
advance the timing

These should all get you a pretty fast "stock" looking shee.
I have to say, the stock pipes are really going to hold you back as far as power is concerned though.
