From what I have heard from others here in the forum and friends alike So Cal has some awesome trails Dunes etc. Austraila you can ride on the beach and local roads are not off limits- in the southern regions of the U.S like Tenn Miss Ark they have some great wooded trails and just about anywhere you go you can find some decent place to ride just depends on how privatized the land is and if the state has public land that can be used for atv ridding it just varies state to state but If I could go anywhere I would go to the Dunes in So Cal not many of those in Tenn.

I live in Phoenix and ride in AZ and neighboring states of NM and UT and CO. AZ deserts are great for winter riding and the mountains are nice in the summer months, but I think UT offers the best trails in the West and are extremely ATV friendly. You can traverse UT North to South on an ATV. You are able to ride into town get groceries and gas stay at a motel and ride right out of town in the morning. Not all towns in UT allow this, but the towns along their ATV trail systems do.
