Default Oil on stator side of warrior engine.

my 99 warrior has oil on the stator side of the motor. is this normal as i have read, or abnormal.

also the bike has a really weak pathetic spark, anything to check? CDI, coil, stator, whats the most common thing for a weak spark?

i just did a top end on the bike .040 over, and it wont start! before i did it the only way to start it was to pop start it, because of the smoke and low compression, but now it wont start because of a pittiful spark, i am going to try and swap cdi boxes, and voltage regs, with my friends 04 warrior. or is this a waste of time

thanks.
