Guys this thing only has 15 hours on it I hope the valves don't need adjusted as well I just purchased a complete exhaust kit header and piupe for the raptor from WB I already have a KN on it will do the carb adjustments as well will let you know the results at a later time ride on guys....

 

You need a kick in the pants for being easily beat by a Turd, and if you race the same pred and lose again with the mods you're getting, I'll have to come down and kick you in the pants.

should i adjust the floats to factory specs?

with those mods and the right jetting you shouldnt lose to preddys. also gearing shouldnt be a problem.

The way the factory sets them is way too high and causes poor fuel atomization. You need to drop the level by about 2 to 3 mm.

If you know how to check the float level with a clear tube, attached to the drain plug on the float bowl, then set it to 3mm above the split.

You will be amazed how much extra power you get from that. That will give you almost the same power gain as adding a pipe.

 

Guys I hate to tell you this, your all BS'n yourselves. The float level will only effect the ride with flooding it or starving the bike for fuel, adjusting it for more HP it's not going to happen sorry.
