This was your first post......
"What will handle the trails better"?
"What will handle better"?
Now you say this........
"I have a raptor that will be for trails!!!! I want a drag qaud so thats why i want the 450 motor. what should the hp be?"
If you are only using the next quad to be a "drag qaud" then who cares about trails and handling?
Just dump a bunch of money into the Banshee, and have a fast drag quad that is only used for drags.
You might want to specify these things in your first post next time.

Doing the "free" cam mod will net you another 1-3 HP at different RPM ranges (mostly on top end).
Don't let the numbers fool you. The YFZs put out a TON of torque when properly jetted and piped. Torque is what helps to accelerate you. A bike with a lot of torqe and a flatter power curve will be quicker than a bike with a higher but more "peaky" power curve.
