ok guys........i have an 04 blaster and whenever i hit a jump..big or small........when i land i hear a click.....idk what it is.......also when im riding an extra person on the back its alot wors over small bumps it clicks.......my freind has an ozark250 and his frame weld broke and he has a clicking noise alot worse.........but i checked my frame and wats visible looks strong and still together to me.........ne1 else have this problem?

 

well im just guessing realy never seen this problem before but ill try to help ya

could be a loose shock possibly, or loose anything exhaust, anything

and maybe you should check the frame again because that more than liklely whats doing it

 

no guarentees but just a thought... hows your chain tention?? I dont know for sure but i dont think blaster swingarm is centered with the front sprocket so when the shock is compressed your chain tention changes. going off a jump will compress your suspention and so will the added weight of another person. Just a thought...

 

how can i fix it..........by tigtenig(spelling) it? how do i do that?

 

the worse thing u want to happen is riding in like 4th gear and ur frame goes CRACK and u flip and sh*t.

Riding with someone on the back, much less on a Blaster will definately make things worse.
