Hey everyone. I just bought a 04 grizzly SE with 10,000km's and was wondering if theres anyway to reset or rollback the number of k's on the odometer. thanks

Is it illegal? Many quads don't even have an odometer. I don't know how you could reset it, but you could always get another one I guess. Think about how many honda's have flipped and cracked their instrument pod.

It's illegal on car but I don't know about ATV's

 

thats what I was thinking. I guess there is the possiblity of it being illegal on a quad that has an odometer that works. Who knows. It would seem that say a quad with a broken or shattered instrument pod might fall under that same thing as a car that hasn't had the odometer work in years. And one that had been tampered with to lower the mileage would be like a fraudulent statement maybe.

There is no way its illegal even with a car. Only trying to sell it on and passing it off as having those fake km's is fraudulent.

I would like to know how to turn the hour meter back after having left the ignition on for a week i have 200 hours and only 60 miles.
