Well, you have couple options.
1) Go to the Yamaha dealer and let them charge you out the *** to pull it.
2) Take a chisel and hammer and tap it around to loosen it. Usually they aren't too tight and your '03 shouldn't be rusted.
3) The best and easiest way is to run down to the hardware store and find a bolt that has a head that fits close to the size of the hex inside the nut. Buy it and two nuts for it. Jamb the nuts together on the end of the bolt (if you don't know what I mean take two wrenches and tighten the nuts to each other). The put the head of the bolt in the bearing nut and loosen it by turning the bolt nut on the bottom. This is what I have built and I have took probably 12-15 bearings out with it. I had one bearing nut that was extremely tight and I ended up tack welding the bolt nut to the bolt to remove it because I couldn't jamb the nuts together tight enough. I can try to get you a pic of the tool I made, but I don't know when I can get it to you.

Glad it worked for you. Poor boys have poor ways.
Are you going to have silver vein as a basecoat? I saw one frame that was red candy translucent over silver vein base and it looked awesome.
