Too much power?????????? Thats like saying a girl is too pretty,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Power in the reserve is great. I ride tight wooded trails on mine. It was my first quad, i weigh 145. Sure it can stretch your arms a bit but that power comes in real handy when you're shooting up a hill and realize half way up it's bigger than you first thought. Now I will say there can be too much power for example if you're a beginner and you take a CR500 for a spin through the woods. Ouch. I'm still pulling wood splinters out of my back.

Saying a girl is too pretty is a real possibility you know! Ever heard the term "too cute to commute"? Someone I know from the Bronx told me that one.

I am about 150, and me and my dad just bought raptors, and i havent had much experince other than riding here and there with buddies on thier quads. but all it takes is practice, and getting used to it...i would highly suggest getting a raptor...or YFZ 450....it is a total blast...i am addicted.

The Raptor is a great choice, you'll get used to it, especially with the thumb throttle, the power and sneak up on you with a twist if you're not used to them. Even I twist mine on accident when I hit unexpected bumps... That's always fun! It's all about getting used to it.
