Hey untouchable350,THEBOM has a DS that should beat you.The biggest one he has I think is actually an 830 w/nitrous(stock is 650).He beat me with his 725 without spraying.I'm hoping to run alot better with the 725 the next time I race him.Dude,he's fast.Great guy too.I know the ported banshee is fast.Mine runs fairly quick and it won't hang with yours.I was very impressed with how many people I was beating the last time I was at little sahara.I agree most 4-strokes shouldn't beat you,but some might.

 

See everyone is wanting to start with the trails and MX thing... Untouchable can correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure he was talking about a straight line drag race. And THAT is where I am talking about running with my slow, heavy, 2 more stokes per cycle, can't dream of ever beating a two smoke Raptor. LOL

 

Straight line drag ashphault or sand, i never did say that mine was the fastest? ive been beat alot? i just cant see a modded four stroke beating a banshee, the power you can make out of them is frigging insane, it makes me sick.

 

Just out of a 350 block you can get 100 105 hp?

 

I know there arent any naturally aspriated 4 strokes pulling that kind of power on the OEM engine, they have to switch to a bike engine.

 

I guess i dont know where to draw the line, meaning to have an equal race because you can do so much to these machines what is fair and what is not fair. do you guys know what i mean?

 

To see who is the fastest,doesn't anything go?Alcohol,nitrous,etc...First to the finish line wins.

You might be onto something though.There should be 2 classes.One for us guys on a strict budget,and those who have more money than they know what to do with.

Honestly it all comes down to how much you are willing to put into a bike like RDZ said, and yes it is true it's cheaper to mod a two stroke then a 4 stroke.

I've said it 100 times before if I would have put the money I have in my Raptor on a shee then I would be the fastest guy at the track just about everyday!
