blaster not starting , need help goin riding later.

blaster not starting , need help goin riding later.
my blaster sat out in the rain a couple days, now i go to start it and it wont start, it only starts with the choke on full, and it only runs for like 1 minute and then quits, if i hit the gas it bogs, could this be a fouled plug.

Sounds like it to me. Change it out and see. Drain out the gas and put in some fresh in if there isn't much in the tank.
